These terms of use govern your use of the letassess.org website and application support services provided by Procius Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03656962, with its registered office at The Square, Basing View, Basingstoke, RG21 4EB, United Kingdom.

2. Our service

letassess.org provides an independent tenant referencing service. We are not your letting agent, we are not your landlord, and we are not a government body. The agent or landlord still decides whether you get the property.

3. Fees and payment

If a fee applies, it is shown before you pay. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information in your application.
• You must be legally entitled to request the check you apply for.
• You must not use the service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

5. Processing times

How long a reference takes depends on a complete file. We are not liable for delays caused by a bank, a previous landlord, or missing documents.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can stop before you submit. Once the reference has gone to the agent or landlord who asked for it, we cannot pull it back.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability to you is otherwise limited to the fees you have paid to us for the affected application.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
